Form N2C is a black and white Unsealed Test Chart. The top is black, and bottom is white with overall dimensions of 7-5/8 x 10-1/4 in (194 x 260 mm).

Form N2C is now available in two levels of gloss.

Form N2C-2 specifies the Leneta standard level of gloss for unsealed black surface, nominally 55 gloss units when measured with a 60° gloss meter.

Form N2C-3 specifies a chart with a lower level of gloss in the black area. Te gloss is nominally 35 gloss units when measured with at 60°.
